Mouse-pointed-element menu
When the mouse cursor is very near several elements, you can press [SPACE] to open a popup menu listing all elements at that location. You can left- or right-click on the element-entry in this menu; the click will be forwarded to the meant element.
Notes:
- As it is usual, you can press [ESC] to close the menu, but in addition to this, you can close the menu by pressing [SPACE] again (it's more practical to use the same key that opens the menu).
- For entries of selected elements a bold font is used.
- The mouse-pointed-element menu can help when creating/maintaining several "versions" of a noise-protection wall (having different heights) or of a source (having different emission values). A simple way of doing this (in the case of a source) is to clone (press on button and [CTRL]-click the source) or copy/paste a given source (to generate an exact duplicate), and for each of the copies, select it and edit its emission values (note that the emission values are shown in the mouse-pointed-element menu, which allows you to distinguish among sources with the same name).
| ❑ | Anmerkungen: - Copy/paste is the only way that allows creating several versions with the same name.
- SLIP will not accept to calculate a selection containing two sources with the same name (but will not complain if only one version of the source is selected).
- Cloning will always remove the references from all selections, so that the clone is not included in the selections in which the original is included.
